The ranges below are provided to give a general idea of investment—final pricing is always tailored to the specific project.
Our real estate photography and video services follow a set price structure designed specifically for listings. These packages are consistent, transparent, and built to work seamlessly with MLS and agent marketing needs. Listing pricing applies to residential and commercial real estate listings only. Usage is limited to property marketing and agent promotion.

Half-Day & Full-Day Production
For commercial projects, brand content, long-form video, and non-listing work, we offer flexible production rates based on project scope.
Half Day (up to 4 hours): starting at $750 – $1,250
Full Day (up to 8 hours): starting at $1,500 – $2,500
Rates vary based on crew size, equipment needs, and deliverables.

Editing needs vary depending on content length, style, and final use. We offer flexible post-production pricing for everything from social clips to polished long-form videos.
Video editing: $50 – $75 per hour

Website Design
Website projects are priced based on scope, structure, and content needs. In most cases, we recommend budgeting for 1–2 full production days to capture custom photo and video content that elevates the site and keeps everything visually cohesive. If you already have professional content, we’re happy to design around what you provide.

Travel

Additional Costs
We work throughout Minnesota and beyond. Travel costs are based on distance and project length.
Mileage: $1 per mile beyond 30 miles
Extended travel (Airline, Hotel, Food) : quoted per project
